The launch year for China’s Economic Supertrends is coming to a close. It’s been an amazing nine months with dozens of speaking events, forums, and opportunities for me to speak privately to groups as diverse as government leaders, Fortune 500 CEOs and academics inside and outside of China.

Before the holidays begin, I have a couple of final speaking engagements to announce. In addition to my speaking with a number of MBA and EMBA programmes visiting Shanghai in December, I will have two talks that are open to members and special guests. If you would like to attend one of these, please send me a message.

I will be speaking Tuesday, December 4 in Shanghai, at the CEIBS Lujiazui Institute of International Finance on the topic of China’s economic trends. This event is openĀ  to all CEIBS alumni, but I have some guest passes available. If you are a CEIBS alumni, please register here. Otherwise, if you would like to attend with a guest pass, please send me an email through the contact form.

If you are around Guangzhou, I will be speaking to EO – Entrepreneurs ‘ Organization – China South chapter, at their EO Discover China Series. The conference is held in Foshan from December 6 – 8 2012. EO is a global organization with thousands of entrepreneur members. If you are a part of EO, you can join the conference. More information here.

Finally, I will follow this up with another post later, but today I would like to announce the formation of a new Shanghai-based meet-up series on China’s economy and business opportunities. It is for people who are passionate about economics, strategy and trends in China. The club, known as The Shanghai Forum for China’s Economy and Business Opportunities, will meet once a month to discuss ideas in an informal environment. If you want to join in, please register at our official website. Our first meeting will be Dec. 20th, 2012, with the topic of a retrospective look at major economic developments in China in 2012.

Every month I am also hosting a number of private events and making presentations to organizations visiting China. If you would like me to be part of your event, conference, or China visit, please get in touch with me via on of the methods listed on my Contact page.
